REVIEWING

The received manuscripts of articles are reviewed for compliance with the profile of the collection, the requirements for publication and they are registered. Scientific articles are subject to mandatory review.

The reviewers of manuscripts are doctors of sciences and Phd, leading scientists and experts, which allow  to select the best and perspective research  for publication and corresponding to world standards.

Reviewers give their assessment of the manuscript within 10 days. Information about the reviewer is confidential. Breach of confidentiality may only with the consent of the reviewer at the request of the author. By mutual desire of the author and the reviewer they can communicate without the help of the editorial board, if it is necessary to work on the manuscript, and there are no obstacles of a personal nature.

Reviews are sent in electronic form to the authors for correction. If an article on the recommendation of the reviewer has undergone substantial processing of the author, it is sent for re-review. In case of rejection of the manuscript reviewer author sent a reasoned refusal. The article can be directed to re-review or for approval at the editorial board.

Reviewers are not allowed to make copies of the manuscript, and send the article for review to another person without the permission of the editors. Reviewers are not entitled to take advantage of the knowledge of the contents of the work before its publication.

The editors reserve the right to reject  the manuscripts from the inability or unwillingness to take into account the wishes of the author's edition. In the presence of the negative reviews of the manuscript from two different reviewers, or a negative review on its modified version the article is rejected without review by other members of the editorial board. The decision on the appropriateness of publishing after the reviewing is made by the editor in chief, and if necessary by  the editorial board.

Reviews are stored in editorial office for 5 years. The editorial staff directs copies of reviews on the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation in case if  a such request is made.
